Let me explain: Last year we purchased approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of laminate flooring from Floors Touch. When we purchased the flooring we had several conversations with Abraham Neel regarding our fear of how the installation would turn out. Mr Neel was very understanding and was able to allay our trepidation. The Floors Touch installation team came and was extremely professional and accommodating in every way. The installation went very smoothly and we were very happy with the end result. Shortly after we noticed that the flooring made crackling noises when we walked on it in almost all areas of our home and we were disconcerted. We contacted Mr. Neel and explained the situation to him. He was very understanding and assured us that Floors Touch would do whatever it would take to resolve the issue. Long story short, the problem turned out to be a manufacturer defect and the resolution was to replace the flooring. We were very leery about using the same brand and product as we had before even though we actually loved the way it looked. Mr Neel was very understanding and walked us through the lengthy process of selecting another brand that was even more expensive floor than we had before. Floors Touch professionals came back to our home and replaced the defective product with our new selection. We are absolutely delighted with the final outcome. Yes we had a big inconvenience, but these things happen. Floors Touch bent over backwards to make things right for us which made the inconvenience worthwhile. My name is Debbie Lay and approximately 3 weeks ago I walked into Floors touch in McKinney for the first time. I had just left Lowes in search of hardwood flooring/installation services. Without going into detail about my Lowes experience, the fact that I ended up in your store talking with Russell Burleson should be a good indicator.

From the first step in the store I was greeted by Russell and had a 5 minute discussion on why I should use Floors Touch. He answered professionally and was right to the point, which is what I like. I was able to pick out 2 samples in my price range. I gave Russell my approximate measurements and he gave me a rough estimate at which time I scheduled a time 2 days later for him to bring the samples and do the exact estimate.

Russell showed up on time, did the estimate professionally and we signed the deal. We scheduled the actual install in 2 weeks. Our installers also showed up on time both days and did an absolutely awesome job. They were very professional, cleaned up and did an overall excellent job! BTW, there were no surprises on any services/prices! I couldn’t be more happy with the overall process and the final product on my floors!
